 Topic 8 – Good Day LA Morning show recap!

It’s no secret that we, as a country, have a serious weight problem. And as most people know, having a serious weight problem translates into having a serious health problem too. Right now as we speak 70% of the population are over weight. 70%!!!! And 35% of the population is obese. 35%!!! Scary numbers right?!?

There has never been more….

Now at the same time as we are more overweight than ever before, there has never been more gyms, there has never been more personal trainers, there has never been more diet pills, there has never been more fitness infomercials, and the list goes on and on. There are more diet and fitness products available now than in any time in history.

Now how is it possible that we are the most overweight ever in our country’s history – while at the same time we are flooded with more diet and fitness products than ever!!! Something just doesn’t make sense here.

You are getting the wrong advice…

The reason is, the advice that people are getting is not correct. In fact, almost all of it completely incorrect. 99% of people are doing exactly the wrong things when they are trying to lose weight and keep it off.
